Savory- A delicious prime rib with veggies

The best meal was last weekend when we had Japanese food. We would have loved to be able to dine in the restaurant but they are only open for take out due to Covid. And the best dessert was when I baked cinnamon chocolate brownies which are all gone. 
i cant remember cause its history already its the next meal thats important
Vegetarian dressing with mushroom gravy.
Lasagna... it was gone too fast! 
dont remember..lol but it was good though
The ribeye steak that the girls and I shared. They like their steak as rare as I do.

I have welcomed the new year with a fever and still down with colds and cough. Been eating porridge, fruits and salad since Thursday.

Fried Bread Dough. I want to try making it with yeast though. Dad just taught me the flat bread style. I think it will taste better with the puffy type bread with yeast.

I didn't eat anything special, just my normal rotation of take-out. But I did get to eat lunch with a friend for once. We had vegetarian jajangmyeon (black bean noodles) and followed it up with hotteok (pancake-like things with melty brown sugar and nuts inside) from my favorite stall in the traditional market near my home. It was nice to not eat alone for once.

Bonchon. I'd never even heard of it before, but my sister's in-laws brought it on New Year's and it was delicious. It's South Korean fried chicken.
I didn't really do anything special for the holidays this year, so just the usual foods for me. I did make a yummy Mushroom Fried Rice right before Christmas.
