Being a former CNA, we are trained and practice proper hand washing procedures. . .
You turn the water on, get soap, wash get your paper towels while the water is running, dry, then use the paper towel to shut the water off/ open the door etc.
HOWEVER!
The wonderful intelligent women I now work with in an office use the following procedure:
come out of the stall after wiping their bum, immediatly get paper towels to have ready, then wash with soap, then turn the water off, THEN grab the paper towels, throw them out and then open the door. . . so they are effectivley contaminationg not only themselves, but the only thing that is concidered "clean" in the whole bathroom. . . every time i see them do it i want to rip their heads off!!!!! It makes me insane!
