Haven't had Pasta for awhile so I am thinking Chicken Alferdo, with garlic bread and a garden salad.
When we have omelettes, John loves when I fry up some onion, mushroom and fresh tomato (peeled and chopped) with some herbs like oregano and basil in butter, of course, and stuff the omelet with that. I sometimes will do up some of that good stuff when I have some over ripe tomatoes and just have it on scrambled eggs and it's wonderful that way as well.Originally Posted by rapunzel47
