Yeah I know if you leave early here (before the show has been officially closed) your points/awards can be withheld

He wasn't in the show - just on exhibition!

Our vets don't check claws though. Do you have door vetting? ours is done in the show cage.

We have door vetting and rarely in cage vetting. Even exhibitions must pass the vet check, front and back claws and of course general health/fleas.

Yeah at a NSWCFA show I went to they had door vetting. I don't think that's necessary IMO. Our vets just do a quick scan from cage to cage. It's recommended that exhibitors clip their exhibits claws though.

There was no vetting at the show I went to.
The next show is the same way.
I wonder if they are all like that is the USA.
There were some sick cats there.
The people said they would not put them in the ring unless they felt better.

I definitely think they should have someone doing a vetting or at least an inspection.

I got my new show curtains - I'll have to post pics. The colour may not show up through photos though....

The show this Sunday has 200 entries
That's big for a 4 ring show in NZ.

Yeah there's something about white on white that doesn't appeal to me. I might get some more ribbon and make them a little fancier before I use them. Thanks Jacky.

Nah I'm thinking a really flashy blue silver ribbon - and probably removing the lacey stuff. Hmmm. Ohwell too late for this Sunday's show anyway!
