Ok will do!! Thank you and thank you all for helping me through her pregnancy! The dad is going off to get fixed next week
I know its years later but, i wanna thank you! I had to really fight sometimes to ensure he got the nipple until he was full... they kept trampling him and pulling him off of the nipple so... i put him right back on! We didnt think hed make it as he was so skinny, his skin was hanging.. when it was real food time, he was the first to learn to get out of the box! He ran to the wet food! He was then, strong enough to get the nipple and stay on it and he ate all his wet food up and then, he always stole one black babies wet food. Same black baby every time! So, i had to put the black baby beside me and put her food there so she could enjoy with no problems.. when dry food came time, the runt drank up his mommas milk, ate all his wet food and ate alot of dry food, had water and jumped right back into the box to sleep... his tummy was always hard from eating up all that food.. it was then, we realized he would live.. he was black and white... he grew up to be a nice blacky grey with a cream colour on his nose and one cream coloured spot on the side of his face! He grew tall and wide and was and is such a strong, loving cat! All cats are HUGGEE! Very long, very wide (not overweight, i have them on weight control from the vets but they are still really large i dont get it!) My roomate made me call the OSPCA to as she said "get rid" of all cats but one... before i signed the surrender letter, she loaded them into the van... the cries from mom and dad and even two of the kittens... i ripped the letter up, ran outside and opened up her van and physically grabbed two by two carriers brought them quickly into my home and let each one out- grabbing them one by one, hugging them, petting them and kissing them apologizing and begging each one for forgiveness... especially the dad who was mine since he was a wee kitten. (I got first pick of my friends litter and mine was the only happy home hed known.) He was crying the very loudest... she freaked on me saying going into her van and removing surrendered cats was illegal and she called the police. Luckily, my mom was there as a witness to prove i hadnt signed the surrender paper yet... my roomate tried to say i did and when the police asked for it, the ospca lady finally admitted she loaded the cats into the carriers and into the van prior to me signing the surrender letter which turns out to be illegal... they cannot touch them until that letter is signed AND handed back to them! That's awesome!! Keep an eye on the runt. The larger ones will try to push him/her off sometimes. I play referee when the little one is getting bossed around too much
