Unless the curtains are actually touching the floor, that shouldn't be a problem. We have blinds here, though, so I didn't have to deal with that.

Thank you, @betsygee I don't think they touch the floor. Just this year we replaced the priscillas in two rooms with some long drapes. I just wondered if this little machine would clear them. I am looking at two, the Shark Ion Robot 700 and the Roomba Robot 680. The reviews on the Roomba are great. I am going to try to read some on the Shark. Wal Mart will have the Roomba on Tues. They have the Shark now and so does Target.

I bought the Shark Ion RV720. It was on sale at Target for $279. I had a 20% off coupon they gave me for spending over $50 on Black Friday. So I saved some money by using the coupon. I am in love with this machine. I am amazed at how much it get off the floor. I wish I had one to put upstairs in the room there.
