I've been fighting with my computer for the last 45 minutes, trying to get here after a Windows update, and FINALLY MADE IT! Gads. I even tried my phone, but Chrome would NOT connect! Nevertheless, I persisted...however humbly.

SO...what is your favorite cuisine?

There are so many that I like, but if I'm forced to choose just one, it is Thai food. I love Thai food. Thank GOD I'm not allergic to peanuts or coconut! I'm happiest when I'm sitting in a good Thai restaurant with tears running down my face from the spices!

I love everything but if I HAD to pick only one it would be Italian due to how diverse it is depending on the region the recipe/food comes from.

Wow! So hard to choose! I guess it would have to be Tex-Mex. I must confess a real weakness for sushi, but Tex-Mex fits my budget better.

Oh, gosh, that's a tough one. Indian vs Mexican. What to pick, what to pick? Indian, I guess. Tomorrow it may be Mexican. Or maybe Greek. Or...never mind. Indian.
