Tricky. I'm more than happy to have scrambled eggs on toast with bacon on a holiday breakfast (ie at a hotel - that's a long time ago!) but potatoes and the other extras don't appeal for breakfast at all.
When we go out to breakfast I always get the same thing. In this case it would be #2
2 eggs - over easy
bacon
breakfast potatoes
toast - either light or marble rye or white.
I like to dip my toast in the egg yolk, then I make a half sandwich with the other piece of toast with the egg whites.
Farmer's Market Benedict. But the regular breakfast sammich on a bagel would be much cheaper! So I might have gotten that instead. But I like that the benedict has all those veggies, plus I love hollandaise sauce.
