I just went to our local Twilight Market for handmade goods.. I came away with some skin cream made with all natural products and a little dog coat for my visiting puppydog.

If you ever buy hand-crafted items at markets or other places, what are the things that take your fancy?

Or perhaps you make something yourself?

Excellent question!

I'd have to say things like culinary grade lavender, cat toys, beads, oils and locally grown produce.

It's funny, I live in a large city yet there are simple things that you can't find anywhere but farmer's markets and the like. They are great though so it all works out in the end!

There is a store called Finders Keepers near us. I love to go in there and just look around. I once bought a necklace of OSU Buckeyes. I love the ''country'' look.
