There are so many more exciting hot sauces than Tabasco! My favorite ones are from Belize like this one:

I am okay with hot sauce as long as it isn't too extreme. You get into peppers with names like Carolina Reaper, Trinidad Scorpion or even Ghost pepper I think I will pass.

I like all those, but I have to use them by the drop since they are insanely hot. I love Habanero best because I can pour it on.

Yeah, habanero sauces have the best flavor without being deadly. I like to taste my food, lol. Some of the really hot ones make it so you can't taste anything else, I don't see the point.

My current fave is one I randomly picked up at Walmart in the condiment section (not the hot sauce section). It's called Melinda's Creamy Style Wing Sauce, cayenne and habanero flavor (I don't remember if there were other flavors but I'll look next time). I've been putting it on everything!

I looked at it, and thought, well, I don't really eat wings at home. . .but it looked good and what the heck, only costs $2.50 so I got it. I'm glad I did!
