I think here in Ohio they are usually referred to as Russian Tea Cakes. Areas with a large Italian populations refer to them as Italian Wedding Cookies. We have an Italian Village here in Columbus and the bakeries there sell them as Italian Wedding Cookies.I could live on cookies but this is one of my faves:
