It is kind of the same consistency, Tammat, maybe a wee bit looser than mayo? It does have a bit of a tang, but it's also sweeter than mayo, if that's makes any sense. I like it and I like to combine the two in things like potato salad and macaroni salad. I do love it on cold cut sandwiches, but not so much in baking; I think I'd rather use regular mayo. I should send you a small jar, just so you could say you tried it!Thanks for clearing that up Pam. Is it the same consistency? I like tangy mayo. Maybe I'd like miracle whip. I may never know though!!!
