Prego Cat Acting Weird. Help

Ok update. They tested for feline leukemia and it was negative. She has an infection and they gave me antibiotics for her. They also said to make her eat and drink if I have to force it

What sort of infection?

An upper respiratory infection?

When do they think she is due?

You said she mated at the end of May. Are you sure of the time frame?

Seems like she should be having her kittens now.

They said a respiratory infection and gave me medicine called clavamox I have to give her twice a day. They didn't actually tell me the due date just that it will prob be a week or so still. Just to watch her good. And I'm gonna keep her in my bedroom so no other animals can bother her. And yes it was the end of may during the last week and a half but idk what day cause it did it several days in a row for the week.

Well until those kittens r born I am more than happy to keep u updated. I'm scared so having someone to talk to make this so much easier

If she mated the last day in May that would put her at 76 days today, which is way past due. Not to worry you or anything, just pointing that out. So maybe your dates are off a bit ? Did you tell the vet your suspected mating date and ask them about labor?

The date may be june. I'll have to look at my calendar real good cause there was an evebt that same week i have marked down. We're still not home yet. I dropped her off with a friend while I ran my husband to his dr apt.

How did she get pregnant? Do you have an intact male in the house?

I have an outdoor male and one of the kids kept leaving the door open and he'd run in or sneak in and I wouldn't know

I'm in Nelson county in KY. Sry it took so long. My phone died while I was out and I just got it to the charger. I dropped the cat and my husband off here then went to pay bills. It's been a long day.

Okay thank you. And yes it was the last say of may thru the first full week of June and maybe into the weekend so it is very close if not over since I don't know what day to go from

She should go into labor literally any time now.

The kittens were born. One will prob not make it but as of now I have 6 babies and mom is almost back to normal self
