Fifth one popped out with twisted rear legs. Any suggestions?

Seven popped out.

Yes the legs are still twisted but less so. One is worse than the other.

You'll want to begin massaging the legs to help them rotate into place. A few sessions per day should do the trick. Make sure the muscle is nice and warm and use light pressure. Make sure you really work the muscle. You are just allowing it to loosen and relax so the leg can fall the way it should.

Can you post photos?

I'll weight them and take pictures once they're a bit more fluffy and dry. Twisty leg can move, and he's nursing very well right now so I hope to start some tendon stretching tomorrow:

I would honestly start right away. It won't harm him or mom and the sooner you start the better.

Should I wait until he's dry so he doesn't cool as quickly?

She has eight nipples but I'm still going to be switching them out and supplementing. Seven is a lot of kittens. I hope she's done.

Massaging is the answer to the twisted legs.  Have you started with the other kitten yet?

You may need to rotate and/or supplement the kittens so every one gets enough food.  Are you weighing the kittens everyday to see if they are gaining weight? Not gaining a minimum of 6 - 10 grams or .2 - .4 ounces a day is the best way to catch problems early.

Rotating means you put the 3 or 4 biggest kittens with mom for an hour, the switch and put the smaller kittens with mom.  You will need a box with a heating source to keep the kitten warm when they are not with mom.  Not all moms will allow the kittens to be in a different box so you may need to put the smaller kittens to mom while the bigger ones are sleeping.

Do you have KMR (Kitten Replacer Milk) and a small needleless syringe?  If not get them now so you won't be in a ruch trying to find them.  Powdered KMR is better than pre-mixed.  Pet Ag, GNC and Royal Canin are good - avoid hartz and seargents brands.

I'll stat massaging soon then. A couple hours maybe. I need to shower, he needs to eat and get dry, I have bottle babies to feed. What a handful.

They'll be getting weighed once they're dried and warm. Then the same time tomorrow.
