I'm sorry to sugggest this, but I think you should post this as a thread in the "health" forum with a title like "Do these stitches look right?". That will be the best way to get meaningful help.

You can post the stitch pictures directly into that forum. These pictures are not that graphic, and it's easier to see them directly in the thread. There are a lot of members who are more experienced with surgeries who can tell you more.

I personally don't like the thread hanging from baby. I think you should call the vet or clinic. I'm afraid she will pull on the loose thread.
