They want to do a c section already, but I kinda think they should give her more time after the shots. Anyone with more knowledge her want to weigh in?

If there is a kitten in the birth canal without a placenta, it needs to come out or it will die. :(

I would recommend the c-section at this point. You don't want to lose the babies by waiting too long.

Shes settled down, 2 are doing great, latched on for an hour now. Runt will find nipple then let go? I dont know whats up with him, or how to help him.

I'm so relieved that everyone is okay. Sounds like the c-section went well. Did they go ahead and spay mom?

How is the runt doing now?

You may need to supplement this kitten until it latches well.

Do you have kitten formula and a syringe or dropper?

How is mom this morning?

Yes mom was spayed, and she is doing fantastic with the babys.
The runt will find a nipple, suckle for about 30 seconds then let go and wonder off, but he is very loud and active still. Ill start bottle feeding him till he figures it out

If he won't take the bottle either yet, use a dropper or syringe. He'll get stronger after he gets some milk in him!

He really needs to settle down and eat before he grows weak. Was he the one in the birth canal?

He was, unfortunately. I had to go to work, so my mother is going to be watching them today, hopefully she can get something in him.
I cant stop crying though, being away from them is scary

It's an emotional time for sure!

It's very important that your mom get some formula into him. 1mL every hour for now. Tummy down, head up, drops given in the side of the mouth slowly.

Within half an hour my mom got him to latch on and hes been doing great all day!
We haven't seen her making them use the bathroom though, should I be concerned or do you think Im just not seeing it?

So adorable! IDK about the bathroom thing but I am sure the experienced kitten wranglers will be able to tell you what's up.

You are not seeing it. Mama kitty takes care of it. So glad he latched - I was worried for him.

You've really had a good outcome from the c-section. :)

Kittens have diarrhea, started a few hours after giving mom her first treatment of antibiotics, could that be the cause and what should i do?

They are getting the antibiotics through mom's milk. Not much you can do about it. It should resolve on its own eventually. Help mama clean them up if need be.

Oh my! That is concerning!

You should call the vet and email the pictures. They may need to see her. Poor gal!

I've not seen anything like that around a spay incision. Try putting coconut oil on it in the meantime.

When did this appear? When do the stitches come out?

I've been talking to the hospital, waiting to hear back from the doctor, we have only heard from the vet tech who doesn't know what it is.
We are just going to take her and the babys in.
