Hi
Can you get a photo in daylight?

By the way, how often have you been feeding him, and what are you feeding him?

Hi again, I still can't see his eyes well enough in the light. I do see a fairly plump belly - you're feeding him frequently, Kitten Milk Replacer every two to three hours? If there is in fact a problem with his eyes, do you have a veterinarian you trust that you can take him to?

I can't see his eyes clearly enough to judge the color. Kittens aren't really born with "blue" eyes, per se, but with eyes in which all the color producing cells are not developed. If you don't have a vet, you might look for a rescue in your area and ask about finding one.

Does his vision seem okay? Do you sense that he can focus on objects?

yes but I don't want to give him away I want to take care of him
Sometimes they have someone who can provide advice to you. An experienced foster parent or something to ask questions to if you don't get a quick response here :)
