I think it was when I had to mail a package a few months ago.

Um....sometime last year. I got stamps, and I just don't use that many. I even order my Christmas stamps online.

Just be sure you get a US Mail post office box. When you rent box from a private company, you surrender ownership of your mail to them. That means they aren't required to forward it to you if you leave. Mail sent to you business address becomes property of the business, not you, and they don't have to give it to you. You can't forward it from there, either.

:yeah: And don't get a PO box from a USPS satellite station either. A former co-worker of mine got one at the USPS satellite station at a local college. When the college is closed for holidays and breaks, the USPS satelllite office isn't open because the college building it's in is closed. It was a big pain for the former co-worker to get her mail and she eventually moved her PO box to an actual USPS post office.

I think it was last October. I put my ballot in the mail at the post office.
