Weird - this is the first time I've ever heard of keeping boys together and putting in a queen and only one cat breeding her. I suppose when the younger ones are interested they will have their own cage. As you know, a female can and will mate with more then one male - so you won't know who the father is.
IMO unless you are watching the entire time, one of the other males just might be sneaky enough to breed that female. Personally I would not put a female in with more then one male no matter how much limited space you have.
I can see keeping them together temporary - but I would have put the breeding pair in a separate place so that you are 100% who the father is.
