Lazlo's ultrasound results are back. There was a small "something" in Lazlo's stomach, down near the duodenum. It does not appear to be an ulcer, but it doesn't look typical of cancerous growth.
Result: take him back in two weeks for another ultrasound.
It is possible it is just something that hasn't passed his stomach: but nothing shows on x-ray, which is not consistent with food.
If it's still there... likely have to do endoscopic biopsy, it's too small for needle biopsy.
But if his cancer is back... are we going to treat with chemo again? :dk:
We hold off on all speculation until the follow-up ultrasound is what we do.
Oh - have to go post to Dan32's thread. Elspar is not part of ANY chemo protocol any longer. It is no longer on the market.
