That sounds fine, but he needs to be eating frequently. Small meals hourly, I would say. He must get calories.
The advices depends in part, 1. Where you are - what country? [OK, I see its South Africa]
can any 1 suggest what to feed a kitten to gain weight?
yes the vet said he is just dehydrated n gave him dehydrate to give him with water and also gave antibioticsThat sounds fine, but he needs to be eating frequently. Small meals hourly, I would say. He must get calories.

RC Baby cat is prob the best.
I think we wrote earlier. How was it, can you get raw goats milk? This is always excellent (providing the goats gets decent food, and the whole milking procedure is done hygienically, of course...).
That would be my advice. Not enough for complete happiness, but a good ground to step on and build further on.
In another thread we could see also other milk sources should be OK, someone used raw buffalo milk on an infant with good results. Sheeps milk should be OK. Even raw, unpasteurized cow milk may be OK, esp if its a cow breed of an old type. But observe we do have still Red flag on pasturized, processed milk from modern high producing cows.
I did call aspa they refused to help they said they will put him downMaybe, if he likes the goat milk, you could mix a little bit with his food to see if that will get him to eat it. At least until he gets his appetite back. This breaks my heart to think of the little guy sick. I wish I could do more to help. Call your local humane society and ask if there are groups in your area that will help with vet expenses.
no such groups hereI did call aspa they refused to help they said they will put him down
He is not just dehydrated. He is also starving, and he needs frequent feedings of small meals in order to survive.yes the vet said he is just dehydrated n gave him dehydrate to give him with water and also gave antibiotics
I see its not the question of what to do to fatten him up, but the question is how to save the life itself. Its a Red Alert situation...no such groups here

He needs nutrition to get better. He'll continue downward without food. I feel so bad for you both . Wish I were there to help.

It's very important that you give him his antibiotics now too. Give them on time and finish the prescription.
