For those of you who have iPads, do you like them? Which one do you have? Does it work OK for you? Do you use it for reading? For game-playing? Online? How many GB do you have? Is it enough for what you do?
I'm considering if I want an iPad and, if I do, which one do I want? I have my desktop computer and we also have a laptop. I don't use the laptop that often; my desktop is on from the time I get home until I go back into work; I never turn it off, unless I'm going to be away from the house during the day. So if I want to get on the computer at any given time, it's just a matter of coming back here and sitting down at my desk. I have my Nook, but I primarily use that for reading. I never go anywhere without my Nook. Ever. I have gotten online with it, but not that often. It's kind of a pain to post online with my Nook, but that's probably because I'm so used to sitting at my desk back here. I may go online with my Droid, but I hardly ever post; that's really different!
Rick has an iPad, though, and he really seems to like his. He says it's easier to keep track of his fantasy football stuff. He keeps it on the piano in the living room and says it's very convenient for him that way. I have never really used his iPad, other than when he first got it (he got it from his union at a convention back during the summer). I asked him if his iPad was fast enough for him when he got online and he thinks it's fine.
Anything you like about your iPad? Anything you don't like?
Thank you!
