Hey everyone! just wanted to update! i have been smoke free since the end of november! no meds, no therapists, just support from friends, and a whole lot of keeping my hands busy.

NOt only you will prolong your life but you'll be saving alot of cash as well! You should calculate how much you'll be saving and take a cruise!

Can I ask, how long did it take for the mood swings to stop? It`s just I gave up 3 weeks ago with patches and I don`t want to smoke but have been really irritable

People are starting to make comments and that winds me up even more!

Yeah, I`ve had a few dreams about smoking too! Think my problem is I used to have a crutch in smoking when I was stressed and now there`s nothing and nothing to fill the gap. It`ll get better soon
