Yes, probably. With intact male inhouse, and no precautions, its just what to expect.

Even if its not uncommon cats living as friends togheter doesnt ignite on each other. and if they are to be breed, a tip is to arrange a special mating room, so they understand something unusual is going on, and they are expected to do something less usual.

Yes, she's pregnant for sure. With inbred kittens there is a higher chance of birth deformities, so you should read up on that and prepare yourself.

Get the brother neutered as soon as you can. If he's fixed before the kittens are born it will mean you don't have to worry about another accidental pregnancy. The mother cat will come into heat again soon after giving birth and male cats are fertile up to 30 days after neutering, so try to get him fixed quickly.

The mother can be spayed after her kittens are weaned, at around 6 to 8 weeks of age. They'll need to stay with their mom until they are at least 12 weeks old, but you can get them vaccinated and start looking for new homes before this.

Cats have their kittens usually around 63 days but can go up to 70. Depending when in February, expect kittens in April. Count forward 8 weeks from when you suspect she was in heat and that will be approximate. Brothers have no problems mating with sisters, mothers and whoever is handy. they are animals after all. all my cats are inbred and are fine. PLEASE have him neutered as soon as you can, he si at the age where he will start spraying everything and it is nasty. He will also become more aggressive and be screaming to get outside all the time. Then have her spayed when the kittens are old enough to eat on their own. you will have a hundred cats if you don't, QUICKLY. I had a little female I couldn't trap for a while and she had 17 kittens and 3 pregnancies in one summer. Her first litter will more than likely be small. Then watch out.......

If you don't have the funds to take her to a vet, PLEASE start saving a few dollars here and there to have her spayed when the kittens are old enough, and him neutered. check with your local humane shelters, dog pounds, they may have a place for less expensive spayings. Or get on Facebook and ask people where they get this done for cheaper. Usually bigger towns will have a week or so of low cost spay/neuter too. I mean cheap too, like 25-50 dollars. Google that, even in nearby cities. Bless you for being concerned, now give them a life that would be MUCH happier and safer then having litter after litter. She would definitely get out and get pregnant if he was gone too, so don't think that would solve anything.
