What happened? She had one surviving kitten of her own, didn't she? Then you brought home some orphans for her to nurse and raise. Did she become suddenly ill? When did this occur?

What are you feeding the babies? How often and how much? How old are the kittens now? How are they doing without mom?

This is so tragic. I wonder if she had a retained kitten and it caused sepsis? I sure hope you can raise up the little ones alright.
