The symptoms are bad. But I have met cases where it all was really a constipation. After eliminating the kitten was back to health.

Ps. Flushing the intestines through anus may be the be the best. Tricky if you dont know how, but vets do it often.

But when i feed them the 7 and half ml they get that rounded big tummy looks like a ball so i fear to feed them more is it okay to feed more?
Perhaps a little less but more often! The timetables on the kmr labels are feeding too far apart, too seldom.

You can also give 2 drops of simethicone, the same as for colic babies.

Are you burping them after each meal?

You take a needle less syringe with warm salty water, andcsprout it into the behind.

Vets do it often if you come with a constipated kitten.

There is a better word for it but I dont remember.

I do not think this kitten is suffering from constipation. His breathing indicates that he may have fluid in his lungs from inhaling milk. He really, really needs to be seen by a vet who can diagnose and treat him properly.

Can you get him to the vet ASAP?

I think it is critical.

Please take the kitten to see a vet. If he has in fact been injured by his sister suckling him, an enema will not help. He may need to be humanely put to sleep.

His breathing does not suggest constipation, I agree.

If he is chilled make him warm! A heating pad or similiar.

Pedialyte is good.
You can give some goats milk too.

DO you have access to a vet?

Do NOT feed a chilled kitten!! This is now an emergency - Warmth& hydration are critical.
1. Add warmth immediately (but give the kittens a way to get away from the heat source so they do not get over heated). A heated pet pad under half of their box is good, along with a heated, towel wrapped, rice-or-cornmeal-or-flaxseed sock next to them.

2. Keep their blood sugar up! Rub clear karo syrup or honey on their gums.

3. Gently and slowly give them a few drops of unflavored pedialyte (dilute 50/50 with good clean water without chemicals - such as bottled water or good well water) every 5-7 minutes at first. Put the water in their cheek pouch so they do not accidentally inhale it into their lungs.

4. Ask your vet for antibiotics for the lung problem. You can also ask your vet about using herb teas or consult a holistic vet online and ask about using marshmallow root and lemon balm - kittens are extremely fragile and cannot tolerate some herbs that are good for people and dogs.

5. put some sort of breathable diaper on them to protect their private areas from suckling each other. An old, clean children's sock with leg holes might work.

Please keep us updated!! Prayers and vibes for both of your tinies - they look so cute!
