Help! A Newborn 3 Weeks Old Kitten Cannot Poop And In Pain..

This is what happened..
One of the kitten -the female- used to scream when i make her pee/poop (it turned out her litterm8 -the male- used to suck her anal - some sort of instinct because they lost their mom .. ) so I separated them each in a cardboard.. the male was doing great in pooping..
The next week i increased their feedings amount.. according the KMR info by age etc..
Tonight I came to make them do it after their meal and the Male was crying of pain and didn't eat like usual.. I also noticed from y-day he kind of lost appetite and ate his meal slower than before.. he did not pop and peed a little while crying T_T could it be stress becuz separated from his sis or the increasing food amounts.. I'm actually lost and the female peed well but faced difficulties in pooping too..

You should still give the kittens time together when you can supervise them. They should not be all alone all the time.

This morning the Male is unable to eat and hard to breath hes in so pain because of his anal T_T

I started feeding them 7.5 ml last week after I used to give them 5 ml before

Aw, thats is bad. I fear the worst.

His digestation had prob stopped now. Proceed with pedialyte. Clear flavorless pedialyte for. Hildren is best.

If he survives the crisis raw goats milk is good.

Normally its a very good brand, but sometimes may be needed to change. If so goats milk is a good alternative.

210 f for 3w sounds little. At this moment they should have at least 60 ml kmr or goats milk a day. More if they want is ok.

Re the boy. IF this is mainly constipation.

You can give several drops of oil - say olive oil.

Eliminate holding him in rear end in warm flowing water, with firefinger tapping his behind. This feels as mommas licking.
Be sure he doesnt become chilled out.

The symptoms are bad. But I have met cases where it all was really a constipation. After eliminating the kitten was back to health.

Ps. Flushing the intestines through anus may be the be the best. Tricky if you dont know how, but vets do it often.

But when i feed them the 7 and half ml they get that rounded big tummy looks like a ball so i fear to feed them more is it okay to feed more?

Exactly i did this afew hours ago.. he started flipping in my hand screaming painfully untill he lost sounds I felt sorry for him and dried him then calmed him into the bedding :l
