Tonight marks the one year anniversary of my picking up my feral-rescue, Ferris from his foster home. I just can't believe it's been a year already!
Here are some pics that have been posted on TCS in the past, showing how he's grown!
The first time I held him at home - he was terrified!
Ferris showing off his brand new collar on day 4, literally moments after I put it on him. He was testing the air between the kitty condo and the fridge, just before he made a test leap. He made it!
And less than a month later, growing fast at about 4 months old:
Here he is playing with a little fur mousie - he'd just hockey-pucked it under the door...
Meowmy! I can't reach it! Can you get it for me?
And a month later at 5 months old, right after his neutering, still drugged out and carrying his plastic spoon all over the apartment.
And from the same time period, this action shot as he starts coming out of his shell and playing more and more:
At about 7 months old, one of my favorite pics: Ferris caught on camera just after he fell asleep on his back, as his little head started to tilt backwards...
[/quote]
At about 9 months old: My little man has grown quite a bit. His body has become stockier and he's developed a little pot belly otherwise known as spay sway.
He does have very short legs for his body size, and his head hasn't quite grown to match the rest of him, although I can see his muzzle area finally starting to broaden and mature.
You can see his fatty belly hanging past his knees, LOL!
I told him that his TCS fan club had been requesting more pictures, so he posed pretty for you:
You know you want me...
At about 10/11 months old: He is SO much bigger than Ginger already! And look at all that fluff!
