Hair loss around the eye & it

Hi!

My little boy Iggy has been on and off with itching his eye. It has come and gone, but this time I’m bringing him to the vet because I need to figure out why. Does anyone know what this could be? I keep trying to look things up and a million different things come up but I haven’t got a clear answer. Just wanted some advice. I’ve been using an antibiotic cream on him and an eye rinse but not sure if that’s helping due to the fact that it finds its way back.

One of my cats often has a leaky eye. The vets found no reason for it and aside from it being worse during certain seasons and being occasionally itchy, we've sort of just let it be

It's likely not a major issue, but the vet should be able to point you in the right direction!

I hope so. It’s been on and off and it seems to bother him. The hair loss around it has just got a lot worse and he’ll squint and I just feel bad. I really do hope it’s just something like allergies. I have an app Monday. Fingers crossed!
