C custardsmummy

Well, perhaps there is a payment plan available, because if she cannot birth the kittens normally, she will need a c-section to save herself and any kittens.

Perhaps try a different vet.

I understand he said not to let her hurt the kitten(s), but moms don't normally do that. It's because she is suffering that she can't be a proper mom right now.

Try massaging her belly in gentle downwards motions towards her bottom to help her deliver a kitten.

Euthanasia should not be the alternative!

So do I understand that she needs to deliver a dead kitten still?

Or he came out now dead?

You can try massaging life into him. It may be too late. [emoji]128533[/emoji]

So sorry! At least they are coming now!

Let's hope the next is not breech and is healthy!

At this point I just need to hear if your cat is getting the rest of her kittens out. I'll watch the video later.

How are the syringe feedings going? Kitten needs to eat.

How's mom doing?

Fantastic!!! [emoji]128149[/emoji][emoji]128077[/emoji]

Do you think there are more?

If she's caring for it, put the other kitten with her as well. [emoji]128522[/emoji]

It may be because mom is still in labor and is having strong contractions! Do not give up yet.

Is she still laboring?

It will be best for the kittens if mom will ultimately care for them, or you will be feeding them around the clock for 3-4 weeks. No joke!

Let's wait and see what happens when mom is done laboring and delivering. Nothing is set yet.

You'll know she's done when she settles down to nurse her babies.

Offer her some wet food and water, and put the babies back. When she's done, she should accept them. The shots should be wearing off soon.
