Yes my mother got me one when I was a teenager, I was devastated. When I asked if I could set it free she said it wouldn't be safe. She ended up keeping it until it died many years later.

Yes,  I had a fascination with geckos as a kid,   They used to hang out on the walls inside our house and I still miss them.

Have you ever had to go through the rabies vaccine series?

Thankfully no, not the whole thing. I was vaccinated against rabies and a whole host of other nasties before going on my long Asia and South America trips but I didn't need to have any more jabs after that.

Have you ever been a bride's maid?

Yes.  What a nightmare.

Yes, I have quite a few.

Have you ever camped out for a week?

Yes.  It was not the best experience since I had morning sickness the entire time but at least I was sick in a beautiful place (Mt Desert Island, Maine.)

Yes, I was young and very idealistic and it was an eye opener.

No, though I have refused to cross a picket line and lost a potential promotion as a result.

What was your first job?

My first paying job was restaurant staff in a BHS department store from the ages 16 to 18.

My first actual job from age 13 to 16 was stable hand at a local riding school where I was paid in free riding lessons and had a much better time.

Have you ever performed (sung, danced etc) if front of an audience?

Yes, I've sung or played in choruses, talent shows and my band played at our prom.

Oh wow, what a flash back I just had. It was as if I had repressed that now for 20 years! 

Yes, yes I have. When I ran away from home at 16.

Getting ready for my daughter's visit in two days.

I use Chrome for most things.  For sites that don't work well with Chrome, I use Internet Explorer.

Yes and no.  Yes, I have been on water skis on the water, behind a boat.  No, I did not actually go anywhere except into the drink.

Hum, yes and no. I have written recipes in the past and they have been published, but never a story of sorts.

If you decorate for the holidays, how long do you leave everything up?

Until whenever I feel lie it. I'm not much of a planner. But probably in the first week of January.
