Back from the vet. I got a hold of my mom, she spoke to one of the nurses and was on board. The lump was what they deemed a "fluid filled mass" between her shoulderblades. They drained it and gave her antibiotics. She is now taking a nap. We are going back in 10 days to do bloodwork and if it comes back they will drain it and do tests on the fluid in it to figure out what the heck it is.

Poor baby! I hope when you do figure it out, it's not too serious and is easily fixed. Make sure you keep an eye on her, in case you need to go back sooner than the 10 days.
