Wrap the kitten in a towel and gently warm it and clean out. She may be busy having another baby, but you must make sure the baby's head is out of the sac and breathing.

You can pinch the cord off about one inch from baby's naval. Make sure there is no bleeding. You can tie it off with dental floss. Once severed, remove the placenta. Nudge baby towards mom's nipples. Again, she may be busy having contractions and another baby. Try to relax!

Yes, you should help Meg out with cleaning this kitten up and removing the placenta. All of her instincts should kick in once she's done with with delivering.

Mom will usually sever the cord and eat the placenta. Give her a chance unless the babies are coming too fast.

Calm down. The baby is out of the sac and breathing. Give mom a chance. Chill.

Good. Let mom be unless she or a baby is in distress. More babies to come. The only thing to concern yourself with is if a baby is stuck, or she does not open the sac and clean the baby's head. You can move them later. She's on carpet under the bed, right?

She can do this alone. She will have the babies nursing her before long. Only help if necessary. Everything is okay!

Cats do this alone all the time! Stay calm to help her stay calm. So far so good! [emoji]128522[/emoji][emoji]128077[/emoji]

Yes, it's healthy for the baby to cry. If mom has a break between deliveries, she should begin nursing. If not and no more babies right away, push baby gently to mom. But the baby can wait to nurse also.
