Everything seems okay for now. Just keep feeding them through the night.

That's weird. Get some new rice. Is it a thick sock? Microwave for only 2-3 minutes on your next batch.

You can surely lend from some neigbour.  In times of emergency, the social custom is to help if you can help, even if the person asking for help is someone you usually  dont talk with, even arent on speaking terms with.

You mentioned earlier you are going to visit vet and got enough with money for payment.

Why now?   If the vet is good with helping small weak kittens, its great and may be well used money.   but many vets cant much about weak small kittens.   Sick kittens are they better with.

If you want to visit the vet because you can buy there suitable supplies and gears, alike a good kmr - yes, its another point...   As you do need a good kmr or goat milk.

And perhaps also some other gears a vet could have, but are difficult to get in shops in your area.

@Ms Cat I've seen people say you can use a hot water bottle but just like the rice it CANNOT be direct it has to be wrapped in a towel.

"You can also use a hot water bottle or soda bottle, filled with very hot water and wrapped in a thin towel. Place this in the box next to your kitten. Make sure the soda bottle does not roll on top of your kitten by placing a small object underneath the blanket to stop it rolling.

If you are using these alternative heating methods, you will need to re-warm the sock or refill the bottle with hot water at least every two to three hours. Use another towel or blanket to drape over the top of the box to keep the warmth inside. If you have an air-conditioner in your home, please be sure you do not let your kitten become exposed to the cool air at any time, as a kitten can become chilled quickly and needs to be kept nice and warm. Also, never use a heat lamp on tiny kittens. The light can quickly burn the skin and cause dehydration to set in."

I used two hot water bottles with the newborns I had.
I just slipped them in a sock. I had to reheat every 2.5 hours.

Did all 3 kittens drink their milk during the night?

Did they each drink close to 7 mL of milk?

Have all 3 peed and pooped?

Another thing you can use is hot water in a Ziploc brand baggie, but dont try it with knock off cheaper brands, you need to know for sure that it won't come open, and even using a ziploc brand I would still double the baggie. Only fill half way with water too so it stays soft-ish for snuggling purposes :)

How are things today?
