Thankyou so much for your help everyone. Guys what if this situations occurs again? I'll get kitten formula and keep it if needy but will it be OK to give the kittens formula and then the mom cat returns will she nurse them?

Yes.


Do you handle the kittens? For example, to see if they gain weigh? Do so.

There ARE some recommendations not to overdo to handle the kittens; momma doesnt want to be disturbed too much.
But its NOT forbidden to touch and handle them some!

If you worry, have clean hands, so the kittens dont get funny smells, just the smell of your clean hands.

Just saw this post and am putting my two cents in.

IF you need to bottle feed them, warm it in hot water until it's warm on your wrist. Not hot. And NEVER EVER microwave it. Also, if you can, goats milk in place of water for the mixture is the best.
Also, mom probably got pregnant again when she went for a stroll. Please have her checked and terminate the pregnancy and have her spayed.
