I got my 8 month old male cat spayed yesterday. His incision is open on both sides but when I called the vet who did it they said it was normal. Im thinking of taking him to a local animal hospital I trust. Pleass help.

I'd take him for a second opinion. That doesn't look normal to me. You might be able to email those pictures to a vet before actually having to go in.

The sacs are swollen from the surgery and they don't seal the slits they make when neutering. I would keep an eye on it and if it gets worse, call the vet.

Yes it's fine if the vet says so. Some vets don't close neuter incisions. It's a very simple process and there's nothing that can fall out, so not a problem. The main thing to look for is infection, and he doesn't look infected.
