You might want to try goats milk if the kmr is causing her stomach issues. If you can find raw goats milk at the health food store that would be even better.

I don't think it's the kmr because I gave it to her the first night then stopped until last night (5 nights kmr free). I'm just going to monitor and see what her stool looks like. If necessary, I'll see if I can find raw goat milk.

With all those fleas she probably has tapeworm. Possibly other worms as well they can be passed from mother to baby. And any change in diet can mess up a cat's digestion, especially a young thing like Meow Meow.
