I use a low cost spay and neuter clinic but they said they r packed as of right now for 2 months.

Maybe if you call and say that your female is going into heat and you have unneutered males in the house, they could sneak her in sooner? It's worth a try anyway. Because they know that otherwise there's a chance they'll have to fix a lot more kittens in a few months. Anyway, if they can't fit her in sooner, be sure to keep her completely separated from the boys until she's spayed, no visiting hours even. They can mate very quickly.

Well she's not in heat. The Vet said she has a infection. Her temp was 105.5 today. They put her on antibiotics. And since she is very dehydrated they gave her a iv. And a/d wet food to eat.
