Here is a site that lists Low Cost (and sometimes free) spay/neuter clinics. They are listed by state.

Paws in Philadelphia Just got a Grant to do all Spay/Neuter I just took my Tallulah Belle yesterday all I had to do was show my Access card and everything was Free Spay Nails clipped all shots and Micro chipped all is done Check your Local AWS nimal Welfare Society
I have a Question maybe someone can help me Tallulah Belle has the E-Coller and she is going crazy with it how long must I make her wear the E-Coller I called Paws this morning to ask but it takes them a long time to call people back if it's not an Emergency Thank You for any help in advance God Bless You all This is a Wonderful informative Forum

In Austin Texas there is a great place called Wells Branch Pet and Bird Clinic. They offer coupons in newspapers and craigslist and they give you free or $5 pet visits. Good portions off of shots, spay/neuter and the like. They are a good place if you're having financial issues.

I didn't see this one on the list so I will add it here.

A great Georgia one- Leftover Pets. I have used them for 6 cats. They do a great job everytime.
