Diet drinks make you gain weight? Just them alone? I always heard it was because diet cola drinkers tended to eat more because they were "saving" calories by drinking something with no calories.

I'm a Diet Dr. Pepper fiend and I haven't gained weight from it! Then again, I maybe just have one a day. I drink at least 8 cups of water too.

I don't drink pop anymore but I use to be into the PEPSI all the time. Now if I get pop I get Coke because it goes best with Icecream floats
