Chicago vs. New York style pizza!

I have actually found 2 excellent places for pizza (NY style - the ONLY pizza) and 2 pretty good ones in Florida. One excellent place is on the east coast in Port Orange, and the other excellent place is in Brandon, just east of Tampa.

Yeah, it's pretty good -- we've had that one. There are lots of interesting ones, and lots of traditional (or only slightly "adjusted") combinations, too. Yum. I wish we hadn't just had pizza last night. I wish we weren't having company who has a dairy sensitivity. I wish...

Where in Port Orange?!?! Having grown up in Ormond Beach and dated two boys whose parents live in Port Orange I know allll about that place. It wouldn't happen to be Pizza City would it??

A few stores sell connies frozen pizza-the real deal i probably better. Hopefully going to Madison tomorrow a stop at Pizza Uno's might be in order.
Rocky's pizza chain (I think only in WI) is pretty tasty too!!

Well actually I love Italian style pizza best

But after that it's a close second for NY. I did try Chicago style pizza when I was a trainee and went to Pizza Hut's a lot (basically every morning for a piece of peperoni [salami]pizza

), but though it was ok for a hungry 17-y-o, I must say I prefer pizza to be foldable...cutting it up in quarters and then eating out of the hand is best!

Though i only do this at home

As the official pizza connoisseur of my office, I had to vote for New York but I could pretty much eat any kind of pizza - day or night!

Oooh, I just LOVE pizza!!

I think it's my favorite thing to eat. I picked Chicago pizza, I never had it but boy does it look yummy!!

I love just about any pizza deep dish, thin crust, regular you name it I will definitley eat it!

Pete's Pizza. It's on Nova Rd. I think it's actually in Daytona Beach.
