My rescued foster cat is in labour... it's 4:30 a.m. here and no vet is available. i had adopted a stray pregnant cat and handled her delivery before and it was all quiet smooth. but this one delivered two kittens and a stillborn kitten and now she is resting peacefully while the kittens are drinking from her. but the problem is that she she still looks as fat as she looked before labour... which makes me wonder if she has more kittens in her... she delivered the previous ones between 10:30 p.m. to 1 am... and nothing since then... is she done or could she be just resting? she even came out of her pregnancy area to use the litter... she seems perfectly relaxed... not meowing like she was before she delivered the previous babies... And it's too late and in my area, there is no 24/7 vet available... am i worrying about nothing or is it a reason to concern? she really doesn't seems to be in any kind of pain... but shouldn't she look slimmer after the birth? because right now, it's just a slight difference in her size...
