I'm sorry, I meant to come back here and update, but it's been a hectic few days. The fifth kitten was born Sunday morning, it is now Tuesday morning and it's still alive, so I'm cautiously hopeful we will have at least one survivor, though I'm too afraid to hope too much. We lost the first four so my faith in this ones survival is minimal. I'e cried harder and more often in the last few days than I have in years.
Is the kitten nursing well?

Sure is. Stays on there and drinks it's fill as often as it wants. I'm hoping to grab a food scale tonight to start keeping track of it's weight.

I'm not sure what happened or how it changed so fast, but our last baby just died.
