At night they will be done hunting. cats cannot see when its pitch dark. Play,eat,sleep. My cats are on a feeding schedule 3x a day.when I get up in the morning,4 pm,10 pm. Play in between. There bellies will be full. Done hunting. Nap til morning. Then I get up ,they poop and pee in the litter boxes, play then eat. Get more than one litter box
