Forgive me for my late reply, have been a bit behind on my emails.
I hope your visit to the (emergency) vet worked out and they knew what to do. The pictures dure don't look good! I would never just accept medication someone gives you, only the medication that is given to you by a vet. Especially with non-over the counter medication like antibiotics etc!
In any case I hope you will know what is wrong with your girl asap, so that she can be treated properly asap. It does look serious.
