Could she have worms? Is that what the thing coming from her bottom looks like?

Are you able to get her to a vet? She needs help asap!

Breathing with her mouth open suggests to me that she is struggling and may be dying.

That might be too long if @sarthur2 is right (and she usually is) and the kitten is in distress.

Have you tried taking the kitten into the bathroom and steaming it up w/ a hot shower (the room not the kitten)?  If it is a URI it will give some relief to the troubled breathing.

Your kitten sounds like she is in severe distress.

When did you first notice she was having a problem? What time was she last fed? Could she have inhaled kitten formula into her lungs?

There is really nothing you can do other than see a vet.

You'll need to hold her close and comfort her. It does sound like she is dying.

My guess is from fluid in her lungs which turns into pneumonia, but it could be from worms or other causes. Small kittens have a tough time surviving serious illness or pneumonia.

I'm very sorry.

Please let us know what happens.

She definitely has worms i just checked twice, is there any chance the worms are making her like this? And I'm also doing the steaming thing. How long should i do this? The whole night?

No, not the whole night.  A few times, maybe before meals - if it is helping, so it is easier for the kitten to eat.

Is she doing any better?

No she isn't she doesn't want to eat. She hasn't eaten for the night, and still laying in the same position moaning all the time, she really has difficulty breathing. I think she's dying i don't even know what I'm gonna do tommorow. I wanna go late to school so i can bring her to the vet. But idk if she's gonna make it and if it'll be worth it. And my school starts at 7in the morning, and the vet opens up at 8.30.

It could be worms strangling her inside, which is why it is important to get kittens wormed asap, especially when they are stray.

What about an emergency vet tonight?

Like i said there ain't no such thing like that in my country. Emergency vet don't exist. And she's doing worse now, she doesn't move anymore just breathing and crying or moaning or smth like that. She just stays in one position.
