Thanks for clarifying! Either way you know the process better than someone not in the field at all. I admire that your able to work with humans. I could only handle furry patients. You did not seem obnoxious at all! I was concerned I might sound obnoxious. Either way my main idea was that vet techs are educated and your boy is in good hands with them. I hope you both can feel better soon! Thanks, I am not a Vet Tech.. I am a "human" tech.. At first I was an RT... Registered Tech in X-ray which, over the years became an Registered Technologist..
I went back to school because I was bored with the field. I became an, "RDMS" , Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer" meaning an Ultrasound Tech...
I worked for around 33 years in that field.. and specialized in Peri-natal Ultrasound ~~ that is of problem pregnancies... very stressful, but oh, so interesting...
No big deal... I hope I did not come across as being obnoxious or boating...
Good Luck at school.. it is very hard work....((hugs))
Thank you for your wishes of good luck for school. It has been a very long demanding process. I'm in my final semester now and then will be out in the field. I must say reading about your struggles with artie is really going to help me to be more compassionate towards owners and what their going through. Us vet people care so deeply for our patients, but we tend to forget there is an owner attached.
