Applying Spot On.

So today was Molly's spot on treatment and every time I put Molly's monthly spot on flea stuff (Stronghold) it goes all over her fur, I find it hard to part the hair and see because her skin is the same colour as her fur! When the Vet has done it there is never any product on her fur. Does this happen to other anyone else? Any tips on how to do it without getting fur wet.
I am worried that she isn't getting protected properly because some of it is going on her fur.

I have the same issue with it getting on the fur, and always have. It doesn't seem to affect the efficacy though. Maybe ask your vet for tips when you next take Molly in. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Do you have a helper when you apply it? Even with someone else helping, it does spread to the fur in my experience. Still works though.
