Anyone else love apple sauce??????

I'm going to be the dissenting vote here. I have always thought apple sauce was silly. I love apples, but what is the attraction to emulsified apples?

Now, I will admit that I have made some home made stuff that was super duper and served it with pork, but in terms of eating it as a snack or from a can or jar, ummmm, not my cup of tea.

No way! I only use it for brownies instead of using oil. I cannot eat it alone

home made is not at like the stuff you buy in the store.
much thicker, better tast, and it goes great on fresh home made bread

I was thinking the same thing.

I like blueberry applesauce. I love applesauce any way though.

Now I want some.

My mother used to make home-made applesauce all the time. Her specialty was cinnamon apple sauce; she added candy red-hots to it! Pinkish applesauce!
