Any sinus pain relief remedies??

The saline sprays are great if they can get through, but yes, it takes some clearing out first... and what works best for me is:

Fold a towel lengthwise and lay it along the front edge of your sink to serve as a pad for your elbows. Then drape a big bathtowel over your head and lean over the sink with your elbows on the other towel. Let the bathtowel hang down on the countertop all around to make a closed tent... and turn on the hot water!

The steam will rise into your face and build up a nice warm cloud of moisture inside the "tent." Breathe deeply and draw it all in for as long as you can without hurting your back. Then try the noseblowing and the saline spray again.

This is great for your skin, too!
